Below is a real project from our shop. A plastic drive lever bracket snapped on a Power Fist Gas Wheelbarrow after years of use, and there was no OEM replacement available. We scanned what was left, rebuilt it digitally, printed a new one in ABS, and got it back to work. Here's how that process works for any part you bring us.
The Original Component
The broken drive lever holder from the wheelbarrow. Cracked clean through after years of daily use with no replacement part available anywhere.
Precision 3D Scanning
What was left of the original piece was scanned to capture exact dimensions and mounting points. Even the fracture pattern told us how it failed, which informed the redesign
Digital Reconstruction
The scan data was cleaned up in Blender, damage was repaired digitally, and sent to the 3D printers to get the machine up and running immediately.
Functional Replacement
Printed in ABS for durability under real-world stress. Installed back on the wheelbarrow and tested to confirm it holds up under actual use.
Engineered Upgrade
The new CAD model is not a copy of the original, it is an upgrade. Wall thickness was increased at stress points, mounting tabs were reinforced, and the overall geometry was optimized to handle real-world loads without cracking like the first one did. Same part, better design.

We started this shop because finding a local manufacturer who actually understands mechanical design is harder than it should be. Most shops will print your file but won't tell you if the wall thickness is too thin or the material choice is wrong for the application. We do both.
