Excellent question! When it comes to FDM 3D printing we are able to offer a maximum build volume of 350x350x350mm. Our Resin printer has a maximum build volume of 218×123×250mm. Our CNC machine has a volume of 48x48x3 inches (1219x1219x76mm).
We can 3D print larger objects, but it will require cutting into sections to be assembled later.
Yes. We do custom CAD design and reverse engineering, including scanning an existing part and rebuilding or improving it. Design work is quote based and we take on a limited number of projects at a time, because we prioritize parts that have to perform in real conditions. Send us a sketch, a photo of a broken part, or a description of what you need, and we'll come back with a quote and a timeline.
Absolutely! If a specific material or design is not available, you can request a custom order through our website. We'll keep you updated on the progress, and you can receive your order via local pickup. Custom orders typically take 1-3 weeks to complete, depending on complexity.
